You won't understand until you go through the door. Do your homework first. They don't give lessons. They sell quality flooring products to professional floorlayers. I strongly reccomend this place. Ive been there almost every day for the last two weeks. They always have what I need.

After checking out more than 10 of the major flooring stores in the Okanagan and Shuswap, this was the ONLY place that wasn't charging an arm and a leg for bringing in a specialty product. They gave me the option to bring it in with the rest of their order. They were also one of only a few that understood what are epoxy grouts. I am originally from Edmonton, and getting an epoxy grout there was never this difficult. Charging freight was like a foreign language to the dealers and suppliers. Thank you Sam's Flooring!! Did I mention Elaine was super friendly and helpful?! Excellent customer service!
