5 stars for Bernardo and his service work. He is fast, does great work and delivers overall, the best customer service I have experienced in years. He replaced my screen while I waited. He then helped with a dirty charging port 2 weeks later no charge. Before you replace your phone it's definitely worth stopping in and getting his opinion on a fix.

Want a proper diagnosis of an iPad 4 Air not charging? Look no further than Repair Xpress in Vernon! Turned out it was a bad charger, and the charging port on the iPad was Dirty! Another diagnosis I received was that iPad was defective! I was not charged for the diagnosis, but requested well deserved Google review!
