My mom's old windows 7 tower finally gave her the fatal error that browser will not work. Went to JBJ and got a nice refurbished laptop and pictures etc. transferred to new to her machine. This is a great option for people who want a more budget friendly way to upgrade
Patient and super knowledgeable, makes it easy to learn and they have great products! I’ve been coming for years and have always gotten great service!
I purchased my computer in March and have had 2 issues I couldn't fix so I thought I'd call just to see if they'd help. You know what... their AWESOME customer service / help on the phone, is reason enough to buy again and have a long term relationship with them. Thank you for helping me and being so kind. ❤
