The level of customer service and human kindness that John gave me while doing business was excellent . I called John and told him that my sister passed away and left me a framed quote that needs wire to hang. John walked to my car to carry in the frame, it was a bit heavy for me. My husband has a very large (4 feet by 33 inches) silk screen print of a poster for a King Tut exhibit in Chicago. It’s about 40 years old. The glass was damaged during our recent move. We took it to John at Legacy. He not only replaced the glass, but convinced us to install a wire to ensure it wouldn’t fall. Great service. We are very impressed.
