I’ve just surpassed my 1st year at Forge and I can’t say enough good things about this place, from the staff to the community, this is far more than any old gym, I would recommend to anyone and look forward to many more years here!

I recently joined Forge Valley and am so very happy I did! Its a very welcoming atmosphere, the coaches are all so knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging and I love how many class times there are!! I definitely recommend.
