I am Very Impressed with the young man (ROME) that helped me sort out my cell phone issue today (SUNDAY) when a screen I have never seen popped up & locked my cell; He was Professional, Kind & was able to Quickly fix my Cell which in turn alleviated much stress in me regarding this particular technology issue... If you don't have a tech wise person readily available in your life to help with these tech things, I suggest giving these folk a try. Took my iPad in because it wouldn't charge. These guys diagnosed the problem on a Sunday, got the part and did the repair on Monday. Great service, very convenient hours, good price.
