I’ve been using Creekside Animal Hospital for over 12 years and honestly couldn’t be happier. I’m extremely fussy about where my dogs go - and Creekside is amazing. I actually drive from Kelowna because the care is 110% worth it.
The front-end staff are always welcoming and helpful, and the entire team is kind, compassionate, and professional.
Dr. Rijnen is amazing… I cannot say enough good things. She’s kind, patient, gentle, and always willing to listen to my concerns. She always takes the time to explain things in a non rushed way and provides excellent follow-up advice and care.

Recently we said good-bye to our sweet Rotweiller, Schatzi, at Creekside Animal Clinic. While saying good-bye is never easy, we were comforted by the outstanding medical care for our pet and kindness toward our family during Schatzi's last weeks. Dr. Dunn and the Creekside Staff provided excellent care to Schatzi throughout her life and saw her through to the end with wisdom, expertise and compassion.
The staff and doctor's are just the best people to deal with, they really care about the clients and the pets. We had our nine puppies in and we called them endlessly with our questions and concerns. They were patient and understanding and never made us feel like we were a bother (even though we were). Can't say enough good things about this business and amazing staff!
