Javen and Ben were our most recent technicians to complete our fall membership maintenances and as always the service was amazing. We use Air Tech for our home and business and everyone has always been fantastic.
Had them install a Valor gas fireplace insert and remove the old fireplaces in two rooms. Everyone involved from sales to front office to technicians were excellent. There were some challenges routing the gas line from the basement up to the 2nd floor, but the guys worked through it and finished same day. There was also an unexpected delay in shipping the unit from Valor but that was beyond Air Tech’s control.
