Otto not only aligned the wheels of my car but he found a problem. There was a slight knock on acceleration. One of the motor mount bolts was moving. It was huge because it affects the whole drivetrain. He also pointed out other things with my engine. He is so into engines and cars in general, so knowledgeable it's incredible, very helpful, I can't say enough, very impressed.Services: Wheel alignment

I had a wheel alignment book but I had to cancel because when I went to get my snow tires off the people that have worked on my car previously had lost my wheel locking key.I was planning to travel to Vancouver and Ollie and said that I try and contact Nissan and see if they could help me and he said if they cannot help you please come back and I will make sure you.He said to me you cannot go on a long trip without being able to take your wheels off what will happen if you get a flat tire so after the finger pointing went on between the tire shop and the dealership this independent gracious shop owner health me out got the wheel locks off and I will come back and see...read full review
