If you are looking for a good driving instructor Jacob R is the man to go to. Jacob R is a very friendly guy and he made me feel much more confident with my driving, I could not recommend Jacob R enough!

Do yourself a favor and book with anyone else but these guys. Nothing but problems from the start. Impossible to get ahold of anyone on the phone and when you finally do they are of little help. No call backs when messages left. Supposed to get 12 hours in car lessons and 2.25 hours road test package but they only booked 8 hours in total. A bit of a rip off. Lessons are one here and then not another for 2-4 months. Seriously?!?! We had to cancel in car lessons with the original instructor because she was mean and made my daughter cry and also kept grabbing the steering wheel. WTH?? I've never delt with a more useless company. I wish I could give these guys zero stars.

Do not book with Young Drivers. You literally will need to wait for HOURS on hold to talk to them to book your in-car lesson (they do not have a way of booking this online and are trapped somewhere in 2012). My husband was number 16 on hold and waited for 2 hours and 47 minutes. He was "next in line" for the last 35 of those minutes, only to receive a message that said they were now closed and then the line hung up on him. Terrible customer service. We emailed days ago and still have not had a response. I literally cannot get ahold of them to book my child's in-car lessons.
