Dr. Rachel Barker was incredible in helping us transport our dog from Vancouver to Dublin. She went through all the paperwork with meticulous care and attention to detail, making sure every step was handled correctly. I truly appreciated her thoroughness, knowledge, and expertise throughout the entire process. Thanks to her, my dog and I arrived safely, and I am extremely grateful! I couldn’t have done it without her!

My beloved 25 yr old black Persian male cat, that I've had since he was a 2 month old kitten suffered a stroke. His name was Yogiroo, & it was the first time in his life that I had to take him to the vet. We had to put him to sleep & he died in my arms...it was the hardest thing I've ever had to do! The Yaletown Pet Hospital staff, were more than stellar in the care & compassion they provided me & Yogi, going above & beyond what I ever expected in making my hardest endurance... bearable & spiritually solemn, but a beautiful memory I will nurture & treasure in my heart ? & mind forevermore!!! ? I would highly recommend Dr.Nicole Yu. I was referred to her by my friend. She went above and beyond to help me for my dogs check up and was very kind to Kazu! All of the staff there were very kind to Kazu as well and helped me a lot too. Will come back for sure
