Been bringing my dogs here for several years, for nail trims and dog wash (both are short hair so don’t require haircuts). The team here is super friendly, caring, and you can tell they genuinely love their pet clients. They always do an excellent job and pricing is fair.

It’s our first time coming here and they did an amazing job with my dog :) she gets anxious with nail cutting but they were able to clip all of her nails! And she received the cutest little neck scarf :)

These young women at woof and meow are magic for me. I took my dog there Illean until she was put to sleep at fourteen. This is the only place where I knew for sure, she was in the best care. Now my grandson doggie has been going as well for the last four years. The team help me understand more about dogs, than the vet does. I appreciate them so much. They take care of all the dogs needs including all the emotional challenges we bring to them at the end of our pets life... I know they are the same for all their cat family's.

Listen, my dog is not easy to work with. he HATES getting his nails trimmed. However i am so grateful to this team for continuing to welcome us back and taking such good care of him every time. We love coming here and recommend them to everyone looking for a groomers!

brought my dog in here for an anal gland expression and a few days later I noticed a strong metallic/bloody smell again coming from her bum and lifted her tail and saw what looked like pus coming out. I took her to the vet and the vet told me that her glands weren’t fully expressed so they had to do them again. I ended up having to pay a vet exam fee as well as for her glands to be expressed for a second time. Tried reaching out and heard nothing back. Not impressed

It was our first time at Woof & Meow Spa and the staff was super welcoming & treated Teeko like one of their own. His groom was perfectly done with care & attention to detail by Jamie. He came out looking dapper & clean and very sharp with a lime green tie. Thank you for making our first time here a great experience.

The grooming took much longer than expected, and they do not text when the service is complete. Instead, they insist on phone calls for pickup, which is inconvenient if you are working or in meetings. (Honestly, who calls in this day and age?)
Despite the extended time, the quality was disappointing. Our dog’s head felt greasy after the groom and she was still damp after 2.5 hours. We had to re-wash her head at home and re-dry her.
