I was a client many many years ago when my friend was an employee there. My business partner and I closed down our company several years ago and we no longer have a website up. I was charged by WittyCookie earlier this month anyway. I reached out to them twice via their contact form, tried to email them twice using the email address listed on their site but the emails kept getting bounced back to me, and I also text msged them using the number they have listed on their site (it says WhatsApp but when I tried to add that number to WhatsApp it says that this number doesn’t use the app). Witty Cookie was the first marketing firm I ever hired for my small business. They mistakenly made themselves Owner instead of a Manager of my Google My Business Account. The only way to reclaim ownership is for them to transfer ownership to me. Google will not do it for me. I have emailed and called WC multiple times with no response. I hope this review prompts a response and return of ownership of my intellectual property ASAP.

After several initial conversations with Elvin about my project, I agreed to work with Witty Cookie to assist with designing pages for my website. Witty Cookie was to provide unique page designs for my site in .pdf format that I could then send along to my developer.After discussing my brand/business and sharing my logo designs and branding images that I already have on file, I waited for their design.
