Just after our session I had health issue flare, and the entire Fairmont Spa team showed me genuine concern and very kind care. Looking very forward to coming back in the new year and checking out the renovated facilities.
The entire staff was kind and thoughtful, the relaxation patio is divine, and Anastasia was incredible - very sweet and an excellent body worker. I felt so well taken care of the whole time.
Booked a massage for the wife and spa access for myself. Walked in and was greeted immediately- clean calming locker room and shower space. Very nice soaps and sprays- jacuzzi and cabana areas are super clean. Beautiful in the summer- great snacks as well. Excellent service. Will return.
