I had an amazing experience at Willow Stream Spa! The staff were incredibly accommodating, making sure every detail was perfect for my visit. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and pampered. The ambiance was serene, and the treatments were simply wonderful. I highly recommend Willow Stream Spa for anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience with exceptional service.
Willow Stream is my favourite spa in Vancouver! I always go for a 60-minute RMT massage, and I always have the best experience.All the RMTs I've seen have been so wonderful! They are attentive to what my problem areas are, and they also help me fully relax - even down to music choice.The amenities are also lovely: spa, sauna, two hot tubs (one with Epsom salt), and experience showers. Even the snacks are great - tasty granola and delicious coconut power balls.I highly recommend Willow Stream Spa!
Happy to update this review after a decade away. The manager reached out when my initial review was written, and I finally made the time to return with some friends for a 40th birthday. We had a great time, and were able to experience the Nordic spa as well as the regular facility. Staff were attentive and friendly, facilities were pristine and comfortable. I hope to re-visit sooner next time!
