I was excited to try after renovations but I can't say it added any value. They technically removed ammenities, making everything co-ed (private before). There is just an additional sauna and I'm surprised they didn't add a cold plunge.
It's too overpriced now to justify. It's about $400 for a massage, all in, including a new 18% service charge they don't really advertise.
The professionals are great - no question.
But the rest of the experience lacks. The hot tubs had a black scum all around them and didn't look like they were cleaned recently.
Always a great experience at the Spa. Staff is friendly and helpful. Towels are plentiful. Never crowded, always have access to everything. Great views of the water. Excellent lounge area and delicious snacks. Thank you to the team at Spa to continuing to make this Spa the best in lower mainland. Valet parking is $25 if you are spending the day at the Spa. Massage was perfect. If you can get the 90 mins, never feels rushed at all.

You can have a great experience at Fairmont Spa. I recommend trying the lymphatic massage and their excellent facials. Make sure to leave some time to enjoy the spa facilities and relax on the patio. It’s a beautiful place to unwind and have a truly relaxing experience.
