I will forever be so greatful to this amazing team of ladies. I have taken my cats to many different vets in the past, I always felt like they were more focused on making money rather than actually helping my cats (especially burrard animal hospital). Dr Childs and her team helped me and my one of my cats through a very difficult time, i honestly didn’t think my cat would make it but he did! They did everything they could possibly do to save him and treated him with so much kindness and love. Ziggy was looking for a new vet after moving from a different country. We first found one but she didn’t feel that comfortable because she had a very long history of a hard desease and she requires very special treatment sometimes (because her human mom gets very worried when anything happens to Ziggy) and although the other vet was ok, he didn’t pay attention to certain details. So we decided to keep looking and after a couple of months looking, we found West End Veterinary Clinic where the amazing team that we met (Sara and Ingrid) leaded by the amazing Dr Helene Childs provided Ziggy with the best care possible! They helped my cat after she was jumped by raccoons! They were professional, to the point and above all treated me and my cat with care and concern. Will definitely be using their service if needed in the future!
