Today, a Sunday of all days, I locked myself out of my apartment and my landlord didn’t have the correct key for my unit. I was recommended West End Paint & Hardware in a west end Facebook group so decided to give them a call. I had no idea this was a service they provided, and they provided it so well. Bruce was over in under 20 minutes and was able to trouble shoot an extremely stubborn lock and get me back inside to my kitties within the hour. I had called multiple other locksmiths and no one was able to come today. I am so grateful for another neighbourhood staple, thank you Bruce and the West End Paint & Hardware team!
