I have found Dr. S Khan to be incredible and have actually referred her to a few close friends. Dr. Khan is attentive, kind and really on-the-ball. What I most appreciate is her attention to detail and follow thru. Thanks Well Health Kerrisdale for having Dr. Khan in your clinic - much appreciated!

Stephanie the MOA was very kind & accommodating when I requested my files to be transferred. She stayed on the task & made sure it was done correctly. She was Dr. Henderson’s employee at the Maple Clinic & followed him to the Kerrisdale clinic. Thank you Stephanie, ?.5 stars to Stephanie.

I went into this clinic for a walk-in a few weeks back, nothing out of the ordinary. The wait time was a bit long but no complaints. The main complaint I have is that I'm trying to contact the clinic. I called a week ago, was on hold for a long time, someone picks up and then hangs up......I'm trying to call in the morning because I'm thinking it'll be better. I'm calling because of a referral they made but it's always 'phone line is closed'.Why is the phone line closed during operating hours? I'm so confused and it's not that convenient to just pop over to the clinic to ask for people who don't live in the neighborhood. It's just frustrating when there's no way to contact...read full review
