We highly recommend Dr Amy Cheung and can't stress that enough after seeing numerous other practitioners around. You'll be hard pressed to find another vet that has her combination of passion for care, knowledge, attention to detail, and everything else you could ask for.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Amy Cheung and the entire team at Vancouver Veterinary Hospital! Our Australian Cattle Dog Macho is a little feisty (as cattle dogs can be!) and Dr. Cheung handles him with such patience kindness and expertise — she has a natural gift with animals and it shows the moment she walks into the room. We have also seen her interact with other pets in the waiting area and her warmth and genuine love for animals is so evident — she truly cares about every dog and cat that comes through the door. Switching to this clinic has been the best decision for our dogs. Our previous vet felt very transactional, but here, the care is deeply genuine. Their setup is incredibly modern. they have an advanced app where your pets get their own profiles, making everything seamless. The entire team is highly professional and always willing to dig deep to find answers. A perfect example of them going above and beyond: when our insurance denied coverage for a blood test, we called the clinic for advice. Not only were they incredibly understanding, but they also did the research for us, located the exact appeal form we needed, and even provided the direct insurance... read full review
