Very good customer service and care for my two film cameras. Mr. Bir was very reassuring and easy to talk to. He's very knowledgeable with cameras. The work was quick as well, both cameras were done within a few days. I'll definitely come back for any more future camera services.

Above and beyond! Repaired my camera for less than Nikon quoted and in a fraction of the time. I live out of town and got slammed with traffic when driving to pick it up. Because the shop was about to be closed for a few days, he stayed open late, kept in communication, and was even willing to take my camera when he left so I could meet up with him and pay by e-transfer. This no doubt caused some extra work on his end, and that kind of customer service deserves praise. 10/10 recommend!
