I have been here for my RMT and PMT, both with Hailey Plaa and I will undoubtedly say that she has offered me the best service! Highly professional, gives clear instructions while setting you up for the massage and makes sure to stick with personal requests, if any. Meant to post yesterday, but was too blissed out! Had my first session with Stephen in this cozy, warm space - came in with some mild tension and pain from desk work, and Stephen unearthed knots I didn't even know I had. Best massage I've had in years, I'll definitely be back!

I had a massage with Stephen Clarke on June 5th. This is not my 1st time. He used to work in downtown Vancouver and when he changed clinics, I decided he's so unbelievably good that I'm gonna start going to his new practice now. I came in because my left back shoulder & area was very painful for a few days. After my appointment, it felt 1000x better. Before I actually left, he gave me some excellent advice I try to put in practice, that when I leave the room try to walk and slow down by 20%.
