I had the same experience as the other couple fellows posted reviews earlier. Nice people at the store nothing against them but they don't quite listen to what the customer wants, and cut the way they feel, which is usually a haircut too short and after that not much can be done to reverse the effect. Been here a couple times and won't go back

Asked for a fade and blending, barber only did a fade took less than 5 mins. Went to a neighboring barber a few days later to get blending done. For anyone that needs a full haircut I'd recommend it but for anyone that keeps there hair long on the top and just needs a fade and blend on the sides I'd go elsewhere.

I've been to many of the "high end" barber shops in yaletown and kits that charge $40+bucks for a haircut and they don't do near as good of a job as the two brothers who own and operate urban cuts. This is not a trendy or fancy barber shop or and an asthetic that I find all that pleasing but at the end of the day my priority is getting a great haircut and these guys nail it. It's fast, you walk out with exactly the cut you want and the customer service is great. Don't let the cheap price or aesthetic turn you off as I can tell you in my experience you will get a better cut here then the most expensive barber shops in Vancouver and be out in half the time.
