Bought a Milwaukee Tool with M18 batteries. one battery was not charging (red/green flashing) went back to the store the next day to return one of the batteries. spoke with the sales guy infront and he took the battery to show the boss. they didn’t have same battery instead they gave me an upgrade for free. Obviously they care for their customers. I highly recommend this place!
Consider getting original equipment.. I wasted so much time going to other sources. Universal had the exact AND correct part locally. The service clerk knew exactly what was needed, et voila, the part fitted precisely.
I will use these guys from now on. Pseudo imitation parts are an utter waste of time!
