They have AMAZING customer service. I just gave them a call to make a change to an online order that I had placed, not expecting my request to be possible.. and in just under one minute of talking to Steven on the phone, he had refunded the one item that I wanted to cancel, and told me that he can have the second item sent out for delivery today!! This level of customer service is hard to come by and I am pleasantly surprised by how outstanding the Ultimate Tools team is. Seriously impressive!! 100/10!!!!!!

Initially, I found it interesting that the order could be processed in 12 hours as was promised on the website. However, my order was processed with some delay. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I want to emphasize that I do not hold this setback against your team.Furthermore, the item received was defective. I am grateful for the courtesy your team extended to me in resolving this situation. The refund was handled professionally, which I greatly appreciate.I would also like to point out that despite my high expectations, your company was able to respond respectfully to my concerns. Online shopping only, but I have never had an issue with their service. Quick delivery to Alberta from BC - even faster than from a competitor of their's in Edmonton that I buy from as well. Thanks!
