Very bad service. I bought a Groupon and was not able to use it as they said I had been there before... it was more than 6 years ago and their terms/policy was to no be an active customer for 12 months... very bad experience. I even said, you are going to lose a potential long term customer and she said she did not mind... wow - if you want good service, please don't go there.

My partner bought me a groupon voucher for a 1 hour deep tissue body massage and how excited I was! The first issue I had was cancellations. After making my way to the clinic in heavy wind and rain I showed up only to be told that my "masseuse" had called in sick that day and they tried to call me. They had taken down the wrong phone number apparently and she offered me a very insincere apology. So I said I would give it another go and made another appointment. Again this was cancelled a couple of hours before my appointment. Third time lucky! I showed up this and yes my "masseuse" was there this time. NEGATIVE ZERO stars! I had to walk out half way through because I was so irritated and disturbed! It Started off Bad when I asked if there was going to be any music. He said no. So I was left listening to his heavy breathing, his loud clearing his throat noise, traffic from outside and the receptionist loudly talk on the phone and I can't forget the times he stopped to drink out of his water bottle. The Male massage therapist was unprofessional, not considerate to noise and very rough! The massage was FAR from relaxing and I wasn't going to waste my time or let him put my body and mind in pain for an hour! I hope you can read this review before you decide going... read full review
