I've been coming here for years now, and I'm generally satisfied with the service I've received. Their pricing is very affordable, and each average womens haircut (without wash or colouring) takes about 30min.
In my experience, depending on the stylist you get and how complex your desired style is, the results can be kind of a mixed bag sometimes, but I've never walked out unhappy.
The salon is clean, staff is polite, and the stylists get the job done.

She was so kind, professional, and really listened to what I wanted. I’m extremely happy with the result. My hair looks amazing and I’ve received so many compliments already. You can tell she truly cares about her work and her clients. Highly recommend
I’ve been going to Tsubaki for the past few months, and Anny is my go-to hairstylist. Throughout my time in Canada, this was the first place where I felt my haircut looked exactly right. In my previous salon experiences, I would go home and notice uneven parts in my hair, and I’d have to trim some of it myself. Thanks to Anny, I never feel the need to worry about that anymore.
