Rob is probably the best trainer in the lower mainland-he has extensive knowledge in personal training, and biomechanics. If you are having pain or have a certain weakness, he can tell right away and knows exactly how to solve the problem. For example, this one time I was having a bit of pain in my hip and when I walked in for my session Rob noticed immediately that my gait had changed (even though I didn’t even notice until he mentioned it to me) and the best thing was he changed our workout to accommodate for that. Whether you want to do resistance training, boxing or other forms of training, Rob is the best in the business. Highly recommend!
