I've had a few sessions with Kanwar and have seen major improvements already! He's very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to really understand what the problem is to diagnose the root cause of the pain, then he explains everything clearly so you know what's going on. The at-home exercises and stretches he recommends build on each prior session and have made a huge difference in reducing pain and improving mobility. Cannot recommend Kanwar enough!

Jared is an amazing physio! I've been seeing him for the past few years, and he is super attentive, knowledgeable and caring. He's also very friendly and professional. He's helped me with my sciatica and other issues I've had - he's also an expert at ims needling (dry needling), which I see him for any time my muscles act up. I originally chose him because of his positive google reviews, and I'm so glad I did. Highly recommend!
