Tia has magic hands! As an athlete, I’m constantly managing stiff joints and muscle soreness. This is my third session with her, and every time I leave feeling looser, stronger, and pain-free. The location is central with pay parking underground (access from 10th avenue) or meter parking nearby. The service is very friendly. Caroline (the physiotherapist I saw) is very knowledgeable and the exercises she suggests are do-able and not overwhelming. I like the reminders and access to a personalized exercise plan on-line. I would definitely recommend this clinic.
