I’ve been visiting Alex Abundo with various injuries for several years. Alex has always provided extremely thorough consultation, programming, manual therapy and IMS that has helped me recover and get back to doing what I want to do confidently and pain free.
By far the best one stop shop for all your physio needs. Every therapist I've seen here has been super knowledgeable and provided amazing no B.S. steps to help me get back to where I need to be!
Great experience with everyone at this facility. The front staff were very kind and accommodating and all the physios here really take ownership of their patients and do their best to ensure your needs are met. Would go back for sure!
