I had my initial assessment with Charlie, with the focus of rehabbing my recent shoulder dislocation. Myah Sisson successfully identified and treated a strained forearm muscle that I mistakenly thought was chronic carpal tunnel syndrome. Her treatment of other aches and pains was equally effective. Myah helped me to develop a strengthening routine tailored specifically to my needs and goals and provided guidance on proper form. I feel confident now in the gym and motivated to keep accountable. Very positive experience working with the Myo Oak Team. Nathan has been fantastic, with outstanding expertise and care. Ernest was also excellent while covering for Nathan during his vacation.
