Didn’t have a treatment with them but the customer service over the phone was very good! I called in worried about a carpet beetle infestation and instead of just going for a money grab, they talked through my issue and established that it didn’t seem like there was actually an infestation, just a few stray larvae.
As someone who is very fearful of bugs I highly recommend The X-Terminators. Ashley was so great with communication and was incredibly pleasant to deal with. Mike was the one who came to my apartment and he was very thorough and took the time to put my mind at ease. I would hire them in a heartbeat but hopefully I won’t need to!
