Will update as time goes on but I am currently at what I’m hoping is the tail end of my bed bug issue and I cannot recommend Vancouver Bed Bug and the X-Termintors more highly. For context: I am extremely anxious and bed bugs are my worst fear. I came back from a trip and realized I had them, but my landlord was incredibly uncooperative. By the time Vancouver Bed Bug came in to spray it was 10 days since I returned from my trip.

Kevin is incredible!! Super helpful, approachable and reliable. He was a joy to work with and I greatly appreciated his professionalism, communication and helpfulness. Didn’t have a treatment with them but the customer service over the phone was very good! I called in worried about a carpet beetle infestation and instead of just going for a money grab, they talked through my issue and established that it didn’t seem like there was actually an infestation, just a few stray larvae.
