Today marks 10 years my family and I have being using Bugman Pest Control for our house on Silverdale in Mission. I remember becoming a client when Nigel (father of current owner Bryce) was considering retiring! Which says a lot. This is generational extermination! I always felt apart of the Bugman family. I really liked every tech that came through over the years. Even though I was sad loosing Nigel in the beginning, I was pleasantly surprised with each replacement; learning well from the exterminator before them. We were concerned about ants on our property and a BUGMAN tech was able to come out quite quickly to spray the perimeter as needed. After a couple weeks we still had evidence of some resident ants. When I contacted BUGMAN they immediately set up another visit and sent a tech on short notice with baits which I could see was very attractive to the ants. I am very happy with the responsiveness I have received to my calls and emails, and I have to say that the service from the tech, Cameron, was excellent. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, able to answer all my questions and generally a very nice person to deal with. Fingers crossed the ants take the bait and our... read full review

The Bugman Team did a through job of explaining what they were going to do; hoping for success this year, ad 2023 was a really tough year. The wasp traps were a welcome addition in 2024
