Tekaloan has been good to me, until just very recently. I went to apply for a loan about a month ago & found out that I was denied because of them not telling me that they only look @ net pay. My net pay for 2 pay weeks, it totals to being over $1,200. Then tekaloan tells me that I'd have to wait until January to reapply. Why January, I don't know,but the foolish twits are not even replying to my emails! That's what I call unsatisfactory customer service,to not reply to a email & for 0 reason. Children!! Maybe after this review, they'll think again not to screw me over!
We have had multiple loans with them and never an issue. Money is in account within 24 business hours ( usually much much sooner) Once your approved they send you an email laying out each payment amount and date. Always has been a pleasure dealing with them.
I read some of the other reviews. Honestly I’m not sure if many of them are valid.I’ve been dealing with teka for years now. Honestly from the time I got my first loan, to the last loan I got, I have never had a single issue. I’ve deferred payments. Made changes to schedule, had rough times and differed multiple, and even had the payment amount changed all to help me out when needed! Teka has never given me a hard time actually it’s been the opposite, and almost too easy. I’ve borrowed thousands from them. Never an issue!
