this place is great, the an hdmi port on my xbox series s replaced here for a reasonable price. he did it quick and it was definitely a job I could not do myself

The owner is very honest and professional, and truly cares about every customer. My iPad couldn’t charge, and even the Apple Store wouldn’t fix it. But he repaired it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Great service and very responsible—highly recommended!

Absolutely love Raymond! He helped me replace my iPhone 12 mini battery for half the price Apple charges, with a slightly larger capacity than the previous one. My battery performance is great now, and I'm grateful for Raymond’s professional service and help! Raymond is the most TRUSTWORTHY person I've ever come across in a retail space. First time went in for a screen repair on my old iPhone 6S. He told me the difference between different touch screens and their quality. he then suggested I get an OEM Apple iPhone screen. If you know anything about OEM apple parts, you understand you cannot get them. However, Raymond took an old cracked screen from another iPhone 6s and REMANUFACTURED ANOTHER BRAND NEW (ish) touch screen for me. he sliced the screen in half separating the cracked glass from the digitizer(??) and showed me the process in the back of his shop from beginning to end. The machines he has are very professional grade and just like the ones at Apple manufacturing sites. The finished product had 1 dead pixel (which it started with and the price reflected that). He noted the battery was a cheaper battery that was changed from a past screen repair without my permission, and was the reason why my battery life was so bad. He showed the power of the battery compared to the new battery I bought on amazon that I wanted to switch it with. Raymond Replaced everything in front of my face filling me in with information about the tech and reasons for doing the steps he takes. Or why to avoid certain products. Everything came out to THE RIGHT PRICE for such a professional job!
The second time I went in was with my ASUS gaming Laptop for charger problems. We diagnosed with his power contraptions in store and came to the conclusion (with me there testing my computer) that it was may charging brick that was not enough amps. he explained the process as to why my computer was having problems and told me the solution was simply a better brand and higher watts/amp charger. He pulled out a box of charging bricks with cut cords. Raymond then told me he would cut the cable from my current charger to get the connection to my computer correct and sawder that cable to the new DELL CHARGER and make a Frankenstein Charger. I had my questions on how safe it was and he explained to me for the next 10-15 minutes why I should not be worried and how my Computer itself was more of a hazard than the charger he was about to create. After half an hour or so, I came back to the store and tested the charger. It worked perfectly. Raymond saved me $500 or more for an ASUS charger and saved me from sending my laptop in to ASUS.
Raymond deserves every penny he asks for payment. He really goes above and beyond with the SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE he gives when you come into his store. I always leave satisfied with my fixed tech and having learned more of technological knowledge.
The fact he Recycles parts for a new life is also GREEN FOR THE ENVIRONMENT and is saving the world 2 Pieces of tech at a time! I am glad to have found Tech Spot and will continue to ask for Raymond's service into the future.
