For the last couple months I’ve been visiting RMT Foster Hart - had back pain issues after my son’s birth and massage really helps to keep up with constantly growing back load. Receptionists are always nice. Foster is very skilled, helpful and friendly, always listens and gives me advices on how to eliminate extra back load and improve my morning stretch routine.Greatly recommend!

I have been going to Teamworks for ~9 years, mainly for Physiotherapy with Lesley Cuddington for various injuries. She is amazing and has me fixed up and on my way usually in a few sessions. She explains what is going on from an musculoskeletal perspective in a way that is easily understood and also provides easy rehabilitation exercises that can be incorporated in my every day life. Highly recommend!

I came in crunched over with back spasm that had developed after prolonged heavy labour, and left one hour later with almost no pain and a very helpful set of exercises which over the last week seem to have rolled back the problem. Foster was very gentle and found what worked for my situation.
