Pan Pacific spa provided exceptional service! It was a wonderful 50th birthday gift for my wife and her friend. They had an amazing time. The spa manager was outstanding! She communicated well with me to ensure a special day for my wife and her friend, delivering excellent service. One of the highlights was the lovely afternoon high tea she organized for them, along with some beautiful flowers. We booked a full day spa experience from 9:30 to 4:30, and it was truly the best experience for them. My wife loved every moment and would highly recommend this place to her friends and family for a relaxing and top-notch service, all thanks to Miss Vega. Special thanks to the kind young lady at the call center who assisted me in organizing everything, and to Miss Beverly, the spa manager at fan Pacific, who went above and beyond to ensure my wife and her friend had a special day. We can't wait to come back for another wonderful experience!

We just arrived in Vancouver after our Alaska cruise and treated ourselves to a 50 minute massage with an RMT. My husband and I receive massages regularly and have so for many years. After our massage, my husband and I both agreed that these were the best massages we have ever had. The Spa itself was very clean (The showers even sanitize themselves after each use automatically). The lounge area was peaceful. The snacks and beverages were delicious. My complimentary non-alcoholic mimosa was refreshing. I highly recommend this spa. Especially if you need to relax before a late flight out of YVR.

I used to absolutely love this place and would go once a year to treat myself with a friend but my experience here has gone downhill. The last time I went was in 2019 and things were different . We used to be able to use the pool that's part of the Pan Pacific, but that is no longer available to Spa Utopia customers. After each massage they used to offer a special drink and you can choose red or white wine along with a variety of juices. Now it's just juice or tea. I found the cold towels outside of the steam room and sauna to be lacking and not refilled often even though I went early afternoon on a weekday and there weren't many people there. At one point there were only myself and my friend using the steam room/sauna and there was only one cold towel available. Sadly, we just shared. The one thing that prompt me to write this review was the message. I came for a relaxing, quiet, decompressing massage. I was hoping to be so relaxed I would fall asleep but my masseuse kept talking and talking. The massage itself was great but I could not relax when my brain was constantly switches on. He kept talking and asking me question after question, and talking about anything and everything. I tried my best to only answer in single words, but he didn't seem to get the message. He even explained multiple times that this is going to be a great massage. I was afraid if I told him to be quiet, he would get offended and the massage wouldn't be as good. I wish I had told him and I wish I had requested in the beginning that I would like my masseuse to be a quiet one. I have experienced some of the best massages here. Back then, when they put the slippers on me I was so sad that it was over because I was so relaxed but the last 2 times I went and gave no preference on who I wanted as a masseuse I received two people who just wouldn't stop talking and my head felt so overwhelmed I didn't feel rejuvenated at all. Not just the whispered quiet voice talk you get in a spa, but regular voice volume that when they put the slippers on me I felt like it was nice that it was over and I can go enjoy some quiet time in the sauna. Don't get me wrong, the place is still clean, quiet, and those that work there are still professional and friendly. I would still come back, although might be a bit more hesitant though considering the price.

I came here for a friend’s get together. I enjoyed access to the sauna and steam room. I guess that is why the price is higher than other places for a pedicure. I expected more in regards to what I got for the pedicure. The facilities were nice but u wasn’t impressed with the pedicure itself. I got the gel and the coverage wasn’t even, I could see where it was darker and lighter in areas on every toe. I got a darker colour on my nails. I didn’t get any sort of massage. Not that I expected a big/long one but I noticed the woman beside me got somewhat of one. Perhaps it was the woman who was doing my pedicure. I wouldn’t go back. I’d go somewhere else for a pedicure where they specialize in that and then pay separately to go to a spa to use the sauna / steam room.

That was my first time coming into the Spa, and everything was perfect !!! I loved the customer service provided by the front desk, and specially the massage!!! I’m definitely coming back and booking with my RMT Roman again !!!!
