Office hours are listed until 6 PM, but when I arrived at 4:25 PM on Monday, there was no one there. This was very disappointing and inconvenient.
Visited on April 27, 2026. Please make sure your posted hours are accurate or inform customers if you close early.

Worst clinic ever! Doctor rushed the appointment. I came out feeling worse. I told him my back hurts due to scoliosis and he punched my back and now I can hardly walk! Did not listen. Just want to get to next patient to get more $

Pretty much the reviews speak for themselves this place should be shut down as they are crap. The lady doc is rude , dr Au Yeung is completely horrible with incorrect information and rushes you and doesn’t give you the right info, same for dr budai who is rude as can be in not doing his job and then blaming clients. Reception is horrendous as they do nothing and get paid for that. This is the worst place as they don’t take responsibility and or accountability for their actions and should be shut down as others have already mentioned just horrendous with what they get away with

This walk in clinic is very good including doctors and receptionists. Occasionally we go to this walk in clinic. we always get the prompt and effective help from Dr. Budai. He is awesome !

As other have mentioned this place is horrendous and should be shut down. Their doc are rude and not client centric they make you do unnecessary work and don’t take time to do the right thing and thing make things more difficult for ppl because they make mistakes same goes for reception they waste your time. Dr Budai is so bad and same goes for the Chinese guy dr atu Yeung and they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes just horrible

Genuinely trash office. My pharmacy sent in numerous requests for a prescription refill and this clinic NEVER got in contact with me or my pharmacy, I had to email to ask them whats up and they only informed me doctors were out of office until a certain date, and when I asked them to answer the prescription refill from the pharmacy on the day they re-opened they declined and said I needed to come in, I asked if they could just give me a 7 day because I was out of medication and couldn't come in until the following week and they refused still.
They do not even care about their patients.

Don't come here. Dr. C. Au gaslighted me was very rushed, talks fast. Gives me anxiety. Instead, Go to Urgent Care Clinic or the hospital. That's what I had to do and the UCC MD just rolled her eyes. SVMC clinic lacks basic essential equipment for their physicians to use such as ear wax removal and more. They turn away existing patients who have a physician and don't care that the average wait time to see your family GP is about a month or more. If you feel wronged, I suggest filing a complaint with the College.
