Had a reflexology session this week. It felt wonderful. Totally relaxing. My feet and I liked it!!!

Absolutely amazing experience. My girlfriend took me for my 40th birthday today we did the private massage and sauna package. It’s so clean! Which is huge for me, and the masseuses were both top notch. We will absolutely be back very soon to try the reflexology as well.

I booked a couples massage + sauna for myself and my partner for our anniversary and could not be more impressed with the experience we had. Both masseuses did an incredible job and were attentive to injury (my shoulder is recovering from dislocation). Going straight from a massage to a private sauna elevated the recovery from two very long days of being active for both of us. The entire facility is clean, well marked, and professionally maintained. It’s the oldest spa in Vancouver and they help maintain its history as well. If you choose the sauna you can shower afterwards and there is shampoo, conditioner, soap, AND a hairdryer! I highly recommend coming here whether it’s for rest and recovery or simply to treat yourself.

I don't think this place exists or they refuse to answer the phone. Been trying to call for days now. Going elsewhere now. Zero customer service.

I finally went in to try out their sauna and reflexology services and was really impressed. Facility is super clean. I am fussy about cleanliness and wow, this was clean! The massage and large sauna area + showers are downstairs. My reflexologist, Minami, was very attentive and regularly checked in. I came in the late eve and had the large sauna all to myself. There is a water valve in it so you can create steam, or just enjoy a dry sauna experience. Upstairs is the historic steam bath area with smaller private saunas that you can book. Would highly recommend! They also often run specials that make it one of the best spa deals in town, and very easy/efficient to book online (unlike a lot of other spots). Last note: if you're put off by the location, it is actually not bad. I felt safe and again, this was in the late eve.

Amazing service! Great prices! If you're looking for a spa treatment you can do more than once or twice a year, this one's for you! I've been a few times now (private sauna & massage packages) and its always been such a treat

First time at Hastings spa reflexology and sauna and was pleasantly surprised by a great experience! I booked a couples foot massage for 50 minutes and sauna for 50 minutes and had the most amazing and relaxing time.

Check in was smooth and friendly. The gentlemen at the front desk were very kind and informative as it was our first time there. We were led downstairs to our lockers and then settled in for the foot massage. Susan and Angel were great and the pressure was perfect.

Afterwards, we were able to use Sauna A. It was a huge space for just the two of us! Appreciated the showers and hot sauna. Everything was very clean and organized.

I have been 3 times for the massage and sauma combo and find the massages excellent and sauna very cleam and well maintained.
