I have been coming to Skin Natural for a year and always ask for Nani. She is very helpful and delivers a great service. Super kind and asks me if the laser is painful throughout the process. However, I do not recommend Lisa. She's always rushed and doesn't seem attentive. I've had a few armpit appointments with her and she always finished in under 5 minutes. Appointments should take 15 minutes at least. I've also told her it hurts but she just said it's normal and kept going. When I asked her to laser certain areas in my armpit (because hair kept growing there), she just didn't...
