I recently used Shiny, and they went above and beyond my expectations. Their booking system is smooth, they arrived right on time, and my technician was incredibly friendly and professional. They even suggested an add on that delivered amazing results.

I do not recommend this detailing business. Firstly, their cleaner was late by 4 minutes. Secondly, they did a terrible job. Thirdly, they have poor communication and don't own up to a terrible job despite photos. They also don't follow-up or respond promptly. There are many other detailing businesses to choose from.

I won't use again. Got the Ultimate Interior & Exterior Detailing for my son's Mini. Nice guy and on time but the car wasn't clean when he left. I pointed out to him the back windows still had dirt around the edges and wipers and he dealt with that. I just went out to move the car and 3 out of the 4 wheels still had a bunch (not just a little bit) of road mud and none of the lug nut wells had been touched. Along with all the windows hadn't been rolled down to clean the edges. And if he used clay he didn't do much of a job as there are still spots with clinging matter. All in all a subpar job at a premium price. Oh Well

Used them once a couple weeks ago as I received a holiday gift card. First off, booked at 830 am appointment over a week prior. Technician was 45 mins late and messaged me 5 mins before the appointment.
Then after, car was still dirty and he had broken 2 of my air vents in the front of the car that no longer work!
Customer service is disgraceful, no responsibility and still no answer into how they are going to fix this issue. Absolutely shocking management and poor training.ookong forward to getting an answer from these guys, but stay well away from this company.

Shiny did the full interior, exterior and wax on 2 cars (X3 & X5) at our house and did a very thorough and professional job! Parisa was great. Have used them before and will use them again

Our old.2007 VW Rabbit had sat in the parkade for weeks after water leaked in throught the skylight and it was covered in mold. It was really bad. Shiny arrived on time and too great care in cleaning the entire interior including the floor mats. The car looks brand. new inside! Yes, it's expensive but considering they come to you and spend the time (over 4 hours here) to get your car immaculately clean and mold free. Highly recommend! Thanks for a new car again!
