I honestly can’t believe what I just experienced. I went to this clinic for an appointment and find a familydoctor, and the very first visit was just for the doctor to decide if she wanted to work with me or not. After telling her about my health conditions (Rheumatoid Arthritis and Hypothyroidism), she straight up said my case was “too complicated” for her and refused to accept me as a patient.
In Canada — a developed country where we pay taxes for healthcare — how is it possible that a doctor can just reject a patient because their case isn’t “easy”? Isn’t the whole point of being a doctor to help people, no matter how complicated? And then when I called back to try to book another appointment, they told me that if the doctor doesn’t accept you, you’re simply rejected. End of story.
This is shocking, inhumane, and honestly heartbreaking. I’ve never heard of this happening before. We always hear doctors talk about sacrifice, compassion, and helping people, but here they’re picking and choosing who they want to deal with. If a clinic works like this, it shouldn’t even be open.

The worst clinic you can get in vancouver. There was an emergency so I couldn't attend the phone appointment, still being forced to pay for no-show fee because I signed the agreement earlier. Not even worth one star on google review.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic! The wait was a bit long, but it was so worth it. The nurses and doctors were incredibly kind and professional. They made sure to run all the necessary tests and had all the right equipment. I felt so well taken care of! Just remember to be patient and not in a hurry. Highly recommend for their service and thorough care!

I recently went for a follow-up appointment after my surgery, with my wounds covered by adhesive bandages. I spent my entire morning there, waiting around three hours to be called, only to be sent home because the doctor wasn't available. They told me they would call me back. Upon my return, I had to wait another 10 minutes before being taken to a room, where I then waited for about an hour more. All this waiting led to the worst medical experience I've ever had.
When the doctor finally arrived, he was dressed casually and had a dog with him. While I love dogs, it was completely unprofessional and inappropriate in this setting. He didn't introduce himself and seemed very rushed. This made me extremely nervous as it was my first time seeing my body post-surgery, and my wounds were still fresh.
He put on gloves, asked me to lie down, and began removing the gauze quickly, even taking off the adhesive bandage that the surgeon had explicitly told me not to remove. I was anxious and couldn't communicate my concerns effectively in English at that moment, but I trusted that he had read the notes I gave to the nurse earlier and that the nurse would have passed on the surgeon's instructions. Of course, I assumed he would know how to treat a wound.
Everything happened so quickly that I felt powerless. As he started cleaning my wound, I began to cry. He asked if I was okay, but I felt extremely exposed and uncomfortable, especially with a dog in the room. It was overwhelming, and I just wanted the ordeal to end.
After cleaning the wound, he didn't replace the adhesive bandage and just closed it with a large band-aid. He said my wounds were fine and only recommended a topical antibiotic. My wound only started closing two weeks later because it wasn't properly closed at the time. As a result, my scar will be larger than it should have been. I had to treat it myself, feeling like I should have just stayed home, watched YouTube tutorials, asked my family and friends, and done it myself.
This experience has left me feeling deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the quality of care at this clinic. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and inadequate treatment have shaken my trust in their services. I strongly urge others to consider these issues before choosing this clinic for their medical needs. I will be seeking medical care elsewhere from now on.

Worst Medical clinic in the area. I have been here few times since my family doctor retired and no other clinics would take walk in patients. First of all, they ask all these personal confidential questions in the waiting room in front of everybody, your full name, address, phone number and what “private” issues or ailments you have. Then you sit and wait for an hour to be triaged, it’s not a hospital but a walk in clinic. Then you wait another 2-3 hours before you get a room to see a doctor, you sit and wait for the Nurse or a doctor to show up. Another 45min to a hour minutes before you get escorted inside and get a room. I waited 45min inside the room and thought maybe they forgot that I was in the room, I stepped outside to ask if a physician is going to see me? Usually other clinics will have physicians see you in 10-15min. Anyways, the answer was the doctor is on his dinner break! So why was I sent inside to wait? At that point I just up and left. Very ridiculous clinic and staff! **Dr Jackie Regan is rude and condescending. I am not sure how she became a doctor, her response to my issue was, “what do you want me to do”? As in I should be telling her how to treat patients, isn’t that your job? Please work on your attitude.

Wasted the whole day there, the doctor had a terrible attitude, didn’t even check anything, no tests… Gave me a wrong diagnosis, saying basically that I had nothing. After a few days I went to a real doctor and was tested with gallstones after ultrasounds.
