As a member and supporter of Ron Zalko from 1993 to 2020, I thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of clientele and proximity of the fitness club to my home. I came upon hardship in 2020 and requested a hold on my membership which was agreed to, by Ron. Unfortunately 6 months later, he personally terminated my membership because of my disappointment in extra charges on my account, of which I was never credited. This is Ron Zalko; this is typical of his behaviour in business. It's all about profit, not about serving others. Sending you blessings Ron, you desperately need them.

UPDATE I went into the gym in August 2023 and they have continued to charge me monthly since then. I've been trying to dispute this with my bank but am owed over $2600. Absolute money grab and very sneaky approach!!
BE CAREFUL and ensure you have written confirmation of cancellation or they will keep taking your money without approval.
I was looking to join this gym as I have recently moved to the area. Apprecaite we are in difficult times right now but the way I was rushed through the tour was not very welcoming. The main concern seemed to be about getting payment from me.
I had previously looked at pricing online and found the offer of $349 for 14 months plus $42 yearly admin fee. When I visited in person I was quoted $499 for the same offer and the 6+2 month offer was the same as the 12+2 month online offer. Noted this to them and was advised yes you can buy online but it would be easier to get signed up there and then... just pay an extra $150!!!
If I paid by cash I would get a better deal. I didn't bother with asking how much as this would just be an inconvenience for me to pay this way but also shouldn't change the price I pay.
Its a shame as I was really looking forward to getting signed back up to a gym again with recommendations from people for this gym. There definitely needs to be some improvement in the service but also a more professional approach on pricing.

My favourite gym in the city! Super clean and well maintained. Incredible staff who are very helpful. Big shoutout to Chelsea, excellent instructor, highly recommend the Pilates class

This is a great facility with a wide assortment of fitness equipment and diverse programming and group classes. It is bright, airy and clean with a wide membership that makes everybody feel welcome. Above all, the staff are kind and welcoming with the owners themselves being hands-on and always present with a welcome greeting. This is a great gym for a workout and I always leave feeling vitalized in body and spirit. I often recommend this gym to friends and family and highly recommend it to anybody looking for a fitness facility/gym membership in Vancouver - you won’t be disappointed.
