We started working with Robinson Lighting and Bath about 2 years ago when we first bought our place and started to plan our renovation. Our friends had just built their house and highly recommended them. The start was a bit bumpy, but I believe they were understaffed and also planning their move. BUT all ended very well and we have been back a few times. Amir Fard has been there for us with every question, concern or issue and followed through until we were fully taken care of. Thanks Amir and the rest of the team.
Helpful & knowledgeable staff. We had a chandelier that had a globe with a crack, noticed soon after purchase and felt to be a defect(no known impact/damage). They ordered a replacement globe from the manufacturer free of charge.
After building a Duplex and purchasing all our plumbing and lighting fixtures I encountered a problem. I recently was assisted by Jun in helping me determine what I needed to do to fix my Duravit Stark toilet seat which was misaligned. Jun provided with the wing nut and instructions on how to set up the 'threading'. Jun was very patient and detailed with me and I can't thank him enough giving me such great service. Thank you Jun!
