Great experience with Murray & Frank at Restoration Hardwood with clear, timely, and professional communication throughout. They did an excellent job sanding and refinishing my hardwood floors and went above and beyond with their attention to detail and pride in their work. Not only that, but the job was completed on time, within budget, and looks fantastic using their finish recommendation. They didn't cause any damage to other areas of the apartment (e.g., trim) and the job was truly dustless, as promised. One of the best contractor experiences I've ever had, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
The crew that worked on restoring my wooden floors were absolutely wonderful! I was a little concerned about parts of the floor where massive amounts of glue and underlay were caked on, but the final product literally brought tears to my eyes! They communicated with me about each step of the process, paying attention to all the small details, and worked efficiently. I am a very satisfied customer!
We just had our floors sanded and varnished and would highly recommend this company. Great communication with Lee our salesman, and Sylvester did a beautiful job on our floors. We are very pleased with their work!
