Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job explaining each car service in simple terms. He was very patient with my questions, and my last service experience was excellent.
I am a long term Toyota car owner and have always had a positive experience at Regency.
Today, I took my mother in to get her RAV 4 serviced and they didn’t disappoint. My mother was so happy that Regency was able to diagnose and fix her car on the same day. She really appreciated the extra touch of the staff cleaning and vacuuming the inside of the car for her too.
I’d like to thank Jeff in the Regency service department for solving the creaking noise in the trunk of my RAV4 today and for lubricating my squeaky car doors. He seems really knowledgeable about Rav4s build and features! I’d like to commend him on his excellent customer service! Thanks for your help today!
