I am a long term Toyota car owner and have always had a positive experience at Regency.
Today, I took my mother in to get her RAV 4 serviced and they didn’t disappoint. My mother was so happy that Regency was able to diagnose and fix her car on the same day. She really appreciated the extra touch of the staff cleaning and vacuuming the inside of the car for her too.

Been coming here for years, today was my last day. Showed up early for a simple oil change appointment, was told to wait a few min for a check in, after 30 min of waiting and talking to staff about it, they finally agreed to do a check in. Service prices keep going up every year and now there is no drop off service or taxi vouchers. Finding out that I have to pay premium price for oil change and what I get is a long wait and no drop off because the “order is small” was the last straw. Just cancelled the appointment and walked out. Not coming back here again.

I am very happy with my service today with my advisor Pam. I had an issue with my AC compressor for the last little while which caused some mild anxiety. Pam was very thoughtful and professional in how she tackled the problem. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and felt very taken care of.
