I was beyond frustrated after losing my last remote from my older Acura Integra and having to manually using my key to lock and unlock my doors and trunk...so back I went to Ralph's Radio who have helped in the past to get a new keyless entry system installed. Will was personable and very helpful making the process seamless and he even didn't upsell me the most expensive system for my older car which I really appreciated. The location at Venables is easily accessible with parking and there are several places to visit and explore on Commercial while you wait. I highly recommend Will and the team at Ralph's Radio. Our 2014 Prius C didn’t come with a backup camera. Ralph’s not only gave us the safety of a backup camera but highly upgraded media centre! Very pleased with the price and quality! Will also gave us a lesson on using the new system!

Great experience, I came in for a radio head unit swap appointment but unfortunately, after waiting for a bit they informed me that did not have the right part on hand and requested that I come in the following week. For my troubles, Will knocked out $100 off my bill and also tossed in an iphone cable which I deeply appreciated.
In terms of the end result, the head unit was clean and working perfectly. They also tidied up my dashcam wires and fixed my centre console latch all without asking.
Service staff including Will were respectful, funny, and sociable.
