I’ve really enjoyed training at Simon Posener’s school since I joined in July 2025. There’s a great variety of classes, including skills training, conditioning, sparring, and MMA.
One of the things that stands out the most is the culture of the school. Everyone genuinely supports each other and helps one another grow. It’s clearly one of the core values here. If you’re a beginner, you never feel lost or uncomfortable. Both the instructors and teammates are always ready to help, answer questions, and give individual attention when needed.

I’ve been training here for a year now and it’s seriously been life changing. It’s given me an outlet to focus my energy and train my body. I didn’t expect to become part of such a great community that I can now call my close friends. Simon, George, Costa, and Adam are excellent teachers with different styles and useful knowledge, as well as being positive and uplifting. If you try it you will love it!
