I Absolutely Love Hit! 🥊❤️
I've been going to 30 minute hit (Richmond) for almost 3 years now and I really love going there! Richmond Hit is like my second home and I have really been able to let my stress and aggression out on the bags! It makes me feel great both mentally and physically. I love learning new combos from the amazing trainers there that help you with technique and are there to support and motivate you. I always feel comfortable and confident when walking through those gym doors! 30 Minute Hit makes kickboxing very fun and comfortable! I highly recommend all ladies to this gym! 😃
