I needed to replace one damaged laminate floor plank. They looked for a sample and found one that nearly matched perfectly...and gave it to me for free. The other option would have been to purchase an entire box for $50-80.

We used Ploutos for all our flooring needs and most of our tile for a new house build in Vancouver. I am sure that any other company probably could have provided what we needed but those companies would not have Ivana on the front lines! She was with us every step of the way and smoothed over any and all obstacles to getting our project done on time and with a minimum of fuss. Love this place. Front desk staff is very friendly. Natallia is the best and helps with everything everytime. If they don't have it, they will find it. Cannot beat their prices and their service. I dont even bother looking elsewhere.
