I’m not usually the type to complain or write reviews. I'm a new patient and have only been in 3 times. I did read the reviews before deciding to be a new patient and wasn't necessarily expecting the front desk to be difficult to deal with. But unfortunately my first interactions have been frustrating. I asked about an assessment being sent to them because again I am a new client. I was told to contact the other clinic to get it sent

Like the clinic found wait times are pretty good and liked the doctor very attentive however finding booking appointment online confusing and difficult chasing around to different sites very difficult for people whose first language is not English , prefer to book appointment by phone

Finally, a walk-in clinic that exceeded expectations. I’ve always been wary of walk-ins since they’re often crowded, have long waits, and doctors rush through appointments. Unfortunately, our family doctor was closed that day, and 8 other clinics I called were no longer accepting walk-ins.

We arrived here and saw Dr. Osama Alfahem within 10 minutes. Despite his thick accent, he was attentive, thorough, and prescribed antibiotics. When the medication didn’t seem effective, we returned two days later. This time, we booked an appointment and again waited less than 10 minutes.
